Bucky's gymkata is at least as good as Dick's, plus he'll go for the kill. It'd be a hell of a fight, but I'd put my money on Cap's sidekick, no questions asked. Bucky versus Tim Drake as Robin could be a lot closer. Tim doesn't fight quite as well, but he fights dirtier. Plus, he's smarter, and uses more gadgets. Depending on circumstances, either one of them could win a narrow victory over the other. Bucky versus Jason Todd...well, let's see, Bucky's resurrection has been fucking awesome, while Jason Todd's resurrection has blown goats from start to finish. Bucky wins.
